What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, mobile number, and what you’re looking for or selling.
- Signed NDAs, including your typed or drawn signature and the time and device you signed on.
- Files you choose to upload, such as proof of funds or financials.
- Saved listings and searches are kept on your own device (in your browser), not on our servers, unless you ask us to save them for you.
Why we use it
- To answer you and follow up on what you asked for.
- To send the listings and matches you asked for.
- To prepare offers you ask us to make.
- To keep a record of NDAs you sign.
Email and texts
We email you about your request and about matching listings. You can unsubscribe anytime: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP, or email stasi@globalpetroadvisors.com.
We text you only if you tick the text box. Reply STOP to any text to stop. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the people needed for a deal you ask about (sellers and their brokers, under NDA, and lenders you ask us to introduce you to) and with the service providers that run our email and customer records for us.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while we’re working with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Signed NDA records are kept for as long as the NDA says.
